• Nespelem, WA, Salary Range: $20.34 - $20.96Hourly, CLOSING DATE: OTF POSITION: Housekeeper II SALARY: $ 20.34-$21.32 per hour REPORTS TO: Lead Housekeeper LOCATION: Nespelem, WA , CTCC Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Training and Special Requirements) High school diploma or GED required. Must successfully clear a Criminal History Background Inquiry that indicates no felony or conviction/s on the DSHS Secretary’s List. (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Knowledge of long-term care setting. Knowledge of housekeeping practices desired of the applicant. Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc. Ability to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 30 pounds to a minimum height of 2 feet and be able to push, pull, move; and/or carry said weight a minimum of 20 feet. Prior experience in a janitorial setting desired. Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing. TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED. If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
