Group Leader (Elementary School)

The Group Leader leads and supervises groups of elementary school participants during after school and summer programs under the guidance of a Program Director or Content Specialist. This role supports academic enrichment, social-emotional development, and recreational activities in a safe, structured environment while collaborating with program leadership and school staff.

Must be available to work during designated afterschool and/or summer program hours. The incumbent will understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with the functions of the position.
