SH America, Inc. is located near GM and Vera Bradley in Roanoke, Indiana. We are ramping up production in our brand new facility that will be manufacturing Electric Vehicle battery parts in a temperature controlled, cleanroom environment. There will be consistent opportunity for Overtime! Some of Our Culture: Collaboration On-the-job training Growth opportunities Employee Recognition Safe work environment Casual work attire International workforce Safe work environment Responsibilities Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment Ensure machines operation for maximum production runs, including some programming and adjusting settings to ensure quality and output are achieved Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Perform troubleshooting on machines with guidance from Supervisor, Quality, Engineering Oversee other team members on production line and assist where needed to ensure operation and output are maximized Use associated controls, devices, and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Skills: Experience operating machines is preferred, but not required Strong machine, production, manufacturing aptitude is helpful Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Familiarity with manufacturing environment processes and procedures We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a growing industry that will become a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating machines and/or working in a production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
