Senior Domain Lead

Responsibilities

Location : Bangalore Shift Timings – US EST hours but can be flexible based on project needs. Team Handling Requirement (Yes/No) - No Preferred Notice Period – Extremely urgent to onboard.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in the Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space for 9+ years. • Experience working for the Big 4s or with a corporation for CaaS (compliance as a Service) or GRC (TCS, Accenture etc. has this service line) • Must be capable to create solution for prospects and identify new client opportunities for 2nd line and 3rd line of Defense • Ideal to have been working as a consultant or on the Sales side for Risk & Compliance • Excellent communicator • Proactive and an independent results driver (with be an IC role).

Job responsibilities

• Creating solutions/responding to RFP queries etc. for RAC • Define Risk Management or Internal Audit related areas for position to internal/external clients. • Support in creating a CoE for RAC (documentation, capability and capacity building etc.) • Work with Sales/Solutions team constantly to identify opportunities.
