Float Milieu Counselor
Job description
The Residential (Milieu) Counselor Float works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting clients in stabilization, recovery, skill development, and treatment engagement. Assignments may vary based on program needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
