Junior Account Executive

1. Objective Manage assigned client accounts and tasks to ensure all commitments to clients are delivered accurately and on time, including reports, requests, presentations, and special analyses. Ensure clients understand the study results and perceive value from the insights provided.
2. Main Functions Manage assigned client accounts, resolving service-related issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of requests, reports, presentations, and outstanding items. Analyze, prepare, and present study findings, providing ongoing analysis aligned with the client's business needs to enhance understanding of results and demonstrate value. Review the consistency and accuracy of databases and reports, recommending continuous improvements to their design and preparation. Train clients and other team members on the use and application of Household Panel data, as well as data delivery and interaction tools, to promote better understanding and effective use of the information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (preferred). Strong communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Proactive attitude.
