Social Worker - Contact & Assessment

Looking for your next Adults Social Work contract? Our client in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join its busy and supportive Contact & Assessment Team, supporting adults to access the right services at the right time.

About The Role

• Complete strengths-based assessments and care planning
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
• Manage a varied Adults Social Work caseload
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, families, and partner agencies
• Support adults to maximise independence and achieve positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate case records and reports

Requirements of the Role

• Qualified Social Worker
• Social Care Wales registration
• Experience within Adults Services
• Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
