Required Qualifications: PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy Washington Pharmacist License upon hire Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties upon hire Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable upon hire 2 years of PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting -OR- a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training) Why Join Providence?
