GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers.

GTI Values: Safety I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility Position Overview GTI is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution across multiple concurrent programs within our modular infrastructure portfolio.
This role is responsible for: Portfolio-level oversight of engineering deliverables Alignment with Project Management and Design Leads to ensure engineering work supports scope and schedule Aggregated reporting of engineering health, risk, and capacity to Directors Development, performance management, and growth of engineering staff This role does not serve as the sole technical authority for a specific discipline.
Project-level technical ownership resides with Design Leads, and engineering standards are defined in collaboration with Discipline Leadership. The Engineering Manager ensures alignment, resource sufficiency, execution quality, and delivery performance across the portfolio. May require up to 10% travel.
