Maintenance Supervisor

Hertz is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead fleet maintenance operations, oversee a team of maintenance employees, and help keep our vehicles road-ready and available for customers. Salary: $50,000/year + incentives + company vehicle Location : 568 N. Madrid Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64153 What You'll Do: Lead and motivate maintenance team members to achieve service and fleet goals.

Oversee vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, and warranty work. Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability. Communicate daily priorities and ensure work is completed efficiently. Process invoices and maintain accurate maintenance records. Support safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of supervisory or management experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations. Knowledge of automotive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency and administrative skills.
