Customer Development Manager

Job Description: 岗位职责 1. 独立负责小象超市全盘生意，制定年度JBP联合生意计划，定期生意复盘，推动全年目标达成 2. 维护平台采购、运营客情，谈判活动资源、流量位置、年度合同条款，争取平台专属营销资源 3. SKU规划、新品卖进、老品汰换，结合即时零售场景设计商品组合，优化商品结构与库存周转 4. 策划落地大促、日常营销活动，管控促销费用，做好ROI复盘，管理价盘，防范乱价 5. 协同双方供应链团队，做好需求预测、补货、缺货&临期损耗管控；监控竞品、品类数据，输出增长洞察 任职要求 1. 本科及以上，3-5年快消KA/即时零售大客户对接经验，休闲零食品类优先 2. 有小象超市/叮咚/朴朴/盒马等O2O到家平台对接客户实战经验优先 3. 擅长Excel数据分析，逻辑清晰，数字敏感度高，能独立输出生意复盘、JBP方案PPT，商务谈判能力强 4. 结果导向，抗压能力强。 What can you expect from Mars?
