Job description
JOB OVERVIEW Perform Night Audit and End of Day procedures per SOP checklist when rostered on night shift. Process routine no-show, cancellation, and pseudo-account entries. Change room assignments within available inventory per SOP. Offer minor guest service recovery gestures (e.g., small amenities) in line with the approved Compensation Guide.
Approve credit limit overrides or write off guest charges. Make overbooking "bumping" decisions independently. Approve refunds or compensation beyond GSA-level limits defined in the Compensation Guide. Authorize rate changes outside published rate codes.
QUALIFICATIONS
& REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or above; hospitality/tourism-related education preferred. Prior front office or customer service experience preferred. PMS (Property Management System) experience an advantage. Korean fluency required; conversational English preferred. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight/night shift.
