Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This position requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: Inspecting and repairing machinery and equipment Conducting preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to identify root causes Performing repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment manuals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities. Assist with facility improvement projects as needed. Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance issues and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school degree preferred. Proven experience in maintenance or related field. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Availability to work flexible hours. Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
