The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency technologies and be experienced in providing technical support through various platforms. This role involves managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our crypto-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical support to customers regarding cryptocurrency products and services. Manage and resolve support tickets using Zendesk, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. Assist customers with API integrations and troubleshoot related issues. Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Strong understanding of how cryptocurrency works, including blockchain fundamentals. Experience using Zendesk or similar ticket management systems. Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting. Proficient in using Salesforce for customer relationship management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Previous experience in tech support or customer service within the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
