BCD Technologist

Change the world. Love your job. Texas Instruments is looking for a BCD Technologist in Dallas, TX. This is a visionary leader in semiconductor technology who will help drive innovation in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry. Primary responsibilities will include: Work with business partners to define key process/component needs for next generation analog/power products.
Define Component Architectures and Process Flow Integration for next generation BCD technologies. Work with manufacturing teams to develop next generation technologies. Work with productization teams to implement next generation technologies. Support new analog/power product ramps on next generation technologies. This role offers you the opportunity to: Be at the forefront of technological innovation in the semiconductor industry.
Shape the future of BCD technology and its applications in power and signal chain products. Technically lead a team of top talent in developing cutting-edge solutions. Minimum requirements: PhD degree in Electrical engineering, Materials Science, or physics. 10 + years of experience in Device & Process Integration development for BCD related technology. Deep understanding of Analog/Power technologies and their integration into a variety of products. Experience with 65nm and below.

Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
