Operations Supervisor – Hauling – Alma, MI

Lead daily hauling operations for Granger's residential, commercial and municipal routes — building strong teams, driving safety and keeping our routes running efficiently. This is an early-morning leadership role for a self-motivated supervisor ready to manage staffing, scheduling and route performance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You'll need flexibility to handle employee call-ins and staffing issues outside normal hours, with occasional Saturday work required.
