Line of Business: Aggregates About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant, quarry, yard, and production operations to ensure efficient workflow.

Operate equipment and perform general labor duties in a safe and productive manner. Inspect, clean, maintain, and assist with basic repairs of equipment and work areas. Load, unload, stock, and move materials as needed to support business operations. Follow all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies while contributing to team success.

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices. Ability to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn equipment operation and maintenance activities. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs across multiple functions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
