Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour Hours: Must be able to work hours between 7:00 - 5:30 Monday

• Friday (Team members work 4 - 10 hour days with the same day off every week).

World Of Knowledge Early Learning Center Inc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Help the Lead Teacher develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development. Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions. Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with toddlers and providing quality care. Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Must be able to complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
