Description This isn't a traditional warehouse-only position. We're looking for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and computer-based responsibilities. You'll help process packages and freight for shipment to Canada while also completing shipping documentation, entering shipment information, working in Excel, managing email communications and submitting customs documentation.

If you have experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, logistics, warehouse operations or another fast-paced environment and are comfortable using computers, we'd like to hear from you. The schedule for this role is Monday

• Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm EST. The main job is to process incoming packages and freight and prepare it for outbound shipment to Canada. Package handling Preparing and wrapping pallets Shipment paperwork Managing emails and performing data entry tasks
• Submitting customs documentation for cross border customs clearances What to Expect Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment— be prepared for varying temperatures. Physical tasks include lifting, moving, and organizing freight, but the pace is not continuous; there are frequent breaks between truck loads during the shift Training will cover dock loading procedures, safety protocols, and system workflows.

Responsibilities

Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling, and shipping while adhering to all safety, security, and customs regulations. Load and unload packages from processing stations / trailers Affixing labels or placards to the packages / pallets Scanning boxes from inbound staging area Preparation of bill of ladings Data entry shipment details Cross train in other warehouse positions as needed Complete health & safety compliance trainings as required Experience & Education Basic computer literacy Accurate data entry Ability to navigate Excel - including navigating worksheets, entering and updating information, and working with existing spreadsheets.
