Key Responsibilities

Manage all reservation enquiries received via telephone, email and other booking platforms. Process bookings, amendments and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Provide guests with detailed information regarding accommodation, rates, availability and hotel facilities. Ensure all reservations are recorded correctly within the booking system.

Communicate effectively with the front office, sales and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle guest requests and special arrangements professionally and timeously. Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is updated. Deliver excellent customer service while upholding the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a reservations role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and general computer applications. The ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.

A professional, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high standards of service. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team. Salary: R19,845 per month.
