What You'll Do

As a Caregiver / Homemaker / HHA / CNA / PCA, you'll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home with steady, non-medical support that truly matters.

Key responsibilities include

assisting with ADLs, providing companionship and emotional support, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping and laundry, running errands and grocery shopping, supporting transportation, keeping a safe home environment, and following each client's individualized care plan while working independently.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Dependable, patient, compassionate approach
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willing to travel between nearby towns
• Caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Your day as a Caregiver / Homemaker / HHA / CNA / PCA starts by checking in, saying hello, and getting on the same page about what would make the day feel easier and brighter. You'll move through the visit at a comfortable pace-chatting, listening, and keeping things calm and respectful.

Between homes, you'll stay organized with your schedule and notes so the next visit is smooth. Some days are lively and full of conversation; other days are quieter and all about steady reassurance. Either way, you'll wrap up knowing someone's day went better because you showed up.
