Project Manager II - Property Technology

UDR is seeking an organized, technically fluent Project Manager to lead property technology deployments across our multifamily portfolio, from perimeter access control and security cameras to smart home and related security infrastructure. In this highly visible role, you'll bring clarity to complex work: aligning vendors, property teams, and internal IT, managing dependencies and timelines, surfacing risks early, and giving leadership a clear view of project health and outcomes.

While vendors and IT lead technical design and installation, you'll drive the work forward with structure, communication, and strong follow-through. This is a project delivery role, not a security administration, security operations, or facilities role. You're a professional project manager first.
