Production Team Member

Job Description: Production Team Member operates machinery safely, performs production tasks such as cutting, assembling, sanding, or packaging, maintains clean work areas, follows SOPs, assists with material handling, and communicates with the team to support smooth daily operations. Role and Responsibilities Uphold Martco vision and values: respect, integrity, commitment, honesty, excellence, and stewardship Committed to the safety of self and others Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals Perform tasks such as cutting, assembling, sanding, or packaging wood products according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and housekeeping standards Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions consistently Communicate with team leader and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues undefined Behavioral Profile Strong communication skills Creates and maintains positive relationships High level of emotional intelligence Professional at all times Willing to learn and grow Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic undefined Qualifications/Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required Ability to closely follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills
