Help Desk Specialist (Active DOD Secret Clearance required)

Description Position: Helpdesk Specialist (Junior) Location: SSFB, CO (Onsite Work) Durations: Full-time with benefits Client: US Space Force Certification: Any IAT Level II Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Responsibilities: Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors.

Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contract.

These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
