The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during assigned shifts. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Manage opening and closing procedures as required. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
