Office Manager - Physical Therapy

D&D Sports Med Denton Office Manager Full-Time Ongoing Bonus Potential D&D Sports Med is looking for a Full-Time Office Manager in the Denton area. D&D Sports Med is a key provider of therapy services in an Outpatient setting.

Position Overview

The Office Manager ensures productive day-to-day workflow, excellent patient care experience, and smooth/efficient daily scheduling for all staff members.

Responsibilities Include

Responsible for being the leader of the outpatient brand and ensuring a great client experience. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service when dealing with patient and employee issues and/or concerns. Responsible for educating patients on the different programs that the clinic offers outside of therapy services.

Responsible for ensuring patients have completed intake paperwork prior to schedule appt. Responsible for collecting self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurances (when applicable) at time of visit.

Requirements

Previous Clinic Management Experience In a Health Care Setting, preferably in an Outpatient setting.
