Location: Garner, IA Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 8am-8pm

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:

Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications

Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth

Supporting recreational activities and community involvement

Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events

Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems

Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping

Qualifications

No experience required-we'll train you and pay you while you learn

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED required

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed

Comfortable with basic technology for documentation

Must pass background checks and health screenings

Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
