Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we’re a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.

We stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring events like the Gardendale Farmers Market and the Magnolia Festival. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
