They should be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with customers. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink pairings, and alcohol regulations is important.

Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. Prior bartending experience, particularly in a casino or similar setting, is preferred.
