What You’ll Do: As a 2nd Shift Grille Cook, you’ll prepare fresh food for our customers while providing great service and keeping food quality and safety top of mind. Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.

Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience. Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas. Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.

Keep Things Ready: Complete food prep, restock supplies, and keep the Grille ready to serve customers throughout your shift.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person! Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
