Innovation Scientist

The Innovation Scientist is an intermediate-level Research & Development (R&D) position responsible for researching, developing, and commercializing new VMS (vitamin mineral supplement) products and/or technologies, and improving existing products and/or technologies in collaboration with internal and external teams. This position assists Production, Engineering, and Quality to troubleshoot and optimize existing products and processes.

The Innovation Scientist interacts closely with suppliers, customers, and other departments within the company. This position works mostly independently with guidance from management and senior R&D staff as needed.
