Building Maintenance Associate - 3rd Shift

Building Maintenance Technician We’re looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Associate to help keep our logistics facility, equipment, and infrastructure operating safely and reliably. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working with their hands, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks in a warehouse environment.

The position supports preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, building improvements, and day-to-day facility needs. What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance on facility and warehouse equipment to help extend equipment life and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

Complete general building maintenance, minor repairs, and facility improvements. Support maintenance needs involving equipment such as forklifts, dock doors, balers, and warehouse racking. Inspect warehouse racking and uprights for damage and help maintain a safe working environment. Read and use technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints when troubleshooting equipment.

Help coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs or services are needed. Support warehouse automation and other facility equipment as needed. Experience with building, facility, industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritize maintenance needs and work independently.

Comfortable using computers and maintenance-related systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints. Willing and able to perform hands-on work in a warehouse environment, including working at heights or in tight spaces when required. Experience with PLCs, warehouse automation, forklifts, or scissor lifts is a plus.
