The IT Systems Technician supports Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, conference rooms, shop-floor kiosks and workstations, basic network connectivity, file access, and other workplace technologies. The position serves as an onsite IT resource for Kahr Bearing and is responsible for assigned site projects, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, following work through closure, and supporting continuous improvement of IT services.
