Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $24-$32/ per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role involves hands-on work, teamwork, and the ability to follow project plans and leadership direction.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks assigned by the Sheet Metal Superintendent or Lead Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork using appropriate tools and equipment Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites using hand tools, carts, or motorized vehicles Perform labor duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC sheet metal systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred 5+ years of sheet metal experience in commercial HVAC installation or a combination of vocational training and hands-on experience Ability to work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Skills & Abilities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Safe and effective use of tools and equipment Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment Professionalism and adaptability in changing work conditions Ability to work independently in commercial settings Physical Demands & Work Environment This position requires frequent physical activity, including: Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Lifting up to 50 pounds Working in various weather and job site conditions Frequent use of hands to operate tools and equipment Travel in vehicles, potentially for extended periods Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
