Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join our growing team.

Essential Functions

Prepare and review loan closing packages and paperwork Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required documents Manage and resolve any concerns, problems, and documentation issues Act as an intermediary between all parties involved in mortgage loan transactions Ensure closing details comply with state and federal regulations Coordinating mortgage closing proceedings Maintaining accurate closing schedules Minimum Qualifications: Maintain relationships and provide superior customer service.

2 plus year’s preferred Encompass knowledge is helpful Knowledge of the Manufactured Home Industry is a plus Must be able to Multi-task Must have strong work ethic Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations Physical Demand: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
