At Legacy Mechanical, we’re looking for a driven Project Executive who can lead both people and projects from preconstruction through completion while helping grow long-term customer relationships.

10+ years of industry experience would be appropriate for this role. What You’ll Do Lead Projects Supervise and mentor team members and help build a strong, accountable culture Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout Own project financial performance, schedules, labor, and material budgets Coordinate design reviews, submittals, procurement, permits, and document control Track and manage change orders, billings, and forecasting Partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Identify and pursue new project opportunities Contribute to annual sales and revenue growth goals Support monthly forecasting and revenue planning Support recruiting, mentoring, and team development efforts What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical or GC projects Strong estimating, financial, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships and develop new business Leadership mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented Why This Role is Different This is a builder role : Build projects Build relationships Build business Build your career Real Opportunity Direct access to leadership Ability to build your own book of business Clear path to senior leadership Performance Matters Ownership over your work—not buried in bureaucracy Results are recognized and rewarded Why Legacy Mechanical?
