The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational success of the Margaritaville resort. This role oversees all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, rooms division, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, and property maintenance.

The General Manager ensures the resort delivers an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Margaritaville brand's signature culture of fun, hospitality, and island-inspired relaxation.
