What we're looking for

in our next Team Member.... Prior experience at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and/or previous housekeeping experience is highly desired. Ability communicate clearly and effectively in English. Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff. Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.

Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion. Team player; happy to help others when needed. If this sounds like you, keep reading!
