We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee our field operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism. Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to manage and oversee our team of security officers in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of security officers across various sites. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements. Provide training, guidance, and support to security officers to enhance their performance and development. Address and resolve any issues or incidents that arise in the field promptly and effectively.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Prepare and submit detailed reports on field operations, including incident reports and performance evaluations. Ensure all security equipment and vehicles are maintained and operational. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new security personnel.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification required. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
