Director of Food Safety and Sanitation

Shehadey Family Foods is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Food Safety & Sanitation to lead enterprise-wide food safety, sanitation, environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across our manufacturing operations.

This role requires a forward-thinking systems leader who can design, implement, and continuously improve scalable food safety and sanitation systems that protect consumers, strengthen operational reliability, and enable sustainable growth. The Director will use data, risk assessment, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to anticipate emerging needs, reduce risk, and prepare the organization for evolving regulatory, customer, and business requirements.
