Technology Solutions Engineer

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

As a Technology Solutions Engineer, you will own the reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting HR, finance, and operations. You will serve as a technical partner to business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring the systems you support remain reliable and effective in production.

You will design integrations, automate manual processes, troubleshoot complex issues across applications and data flows, and help shape how enterprise technologies work together. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done, and using technology to turn those opportunities into practical solutions.
