Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living Communities (Home Health Visits)BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionatePhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our Triad Senior Living team in apart‑time, per‑visitrole. This position focuses on providingone‑on‑one home health therapy servicesto older adults living insenior living communities throughout Forsyth County, North Carolina.

As a home health PTA, you will play a key role in helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and overall physical well‑being. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment programs, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and resident education within the comfort and familiarity of their senior living environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide high‑quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist

Support residents in achieving or maintaining optimal physical function

Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to the needs of older adults

Collaborate with the care team within senior living communities to promote resident safety and wellness

What You’ll Need

North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license

Graduate of a physical therapy program accredited jointly by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education

At least one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant

A passion for working with adult and geriatric populations in a home‑style setting
