VP Litigation Counsel

SUMMARY: Responsible for litigation work involving the Company and its affiliates, assisting in the resolution of disputes arising out of a variety of factual circumstances, including FELA, OSHA, EEOC, commercial, regulatory and third-party claims. When the dispute between the parties is not settled by a mutual agreement, outside litigation attorneys are engaged under management of Litigation Counsel.

Representing clients and supervising them in litigation, regulatory, and enforcement proceedings and internal investigations are the basic responsibilities of the litigation counsel. The attorney also participates in business disputes, contested matters, and management of litigation and regulatory risks.
