• Port Charlotte, FL, Position Type: Seasonal Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Christmas, Schedule/Hours: Seasonal | Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; some evenings/weekends as needed This position is responsible for: Recruiting, screening, scheduling, and supporting volunteers for Angel Tree sites and the distribution center. Tracking angel placement, pick-up, and follow-up across all locations; preparing reports and end-of-season evaluation. Coordinating corporate sponsors’ angel requests and preparing/delivering materials. Providing courteous phone and in-person assistance and accurate program information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain volunteer rosters and staffing coverage for mall sites; backfill open time slots and manage changes. Keep current records for the Distribution Center (volunteers, angels, statistics) and compile materials (kits, booklets) for meetings/recruitment. Coordinate corporate partner engagement (quantities, delivery of angels, materials).

Support appreciation efforts for seasonal staff and volunteers after the campaign. Prepare end-of-season reports evaluating program outcomes. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to sit for office work and frequently walk/stand at the Distribution Center; lift/carry up to 25 lbs. (~5–10% of time). Work primarily in a standard office setting; some driving may be required (traffic/weather exposure).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education
