The Job Details: On a daily basis, develop solutions through load building and carrier selection to ensure execution of deliveries that meet customer and USCS expectations.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments. This includes load planning, carrier selection and dispatching of loads • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction • Ensure the solutions developed meet the profitability objectives of the department • Research and resolve delivery discrepancies
