Finance Manager

We are seeking a Motivated and Experienced Professional to fulfill an opening for our Manager of Finance. This position will be working out of our Concord, ON facility. This individual will be tasked with managing the finance department and ensure that all financial operations are in compliance with governing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the overall financial strategy of the organization, including forecasting, cash and investments management. Oversee and guide financial projects and initiatives; analyze financial trends, assumptions and risks. Analyze financial transactions and results, assess financial performance; and develop and review reports.

Establish internal processes and controls to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and quality control. Prepare and present regular and special reports and analyses for senior management. Develop, establish; and monitor short and long-term financial goals, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CFP, or CFA is preferred. 5+ years of management experience in finance and/or accounting Strong understanding of internal and external financial controls In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

High proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, MS Office and SAP. Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. Salary: $120k - $150k/yr. This may vary based on level of experience, credentials, and qualification. Shift: Monday
