Front Office Representative
Job description
This is a position whereby the employee meets and greets the patients, checks them in for their appointment, checks patient out, schedules follow-up appointments as well as any testing that is ordered, collects their co-pay and gathers any and all appropriate information including medical records, x-rays or new insurance information.
