WHY JOIN AFFIRMED HOME CARE? $255.45 per day Weekly direct deposit Sign-on bonuses Referral bonuses Fast onboarding and placement Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and administrative team Client-provided meals during live-in assignments Opportunity to split a live-in case with another HHA YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Medication reminders Meal preparation Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience Valid New York State HHA Certificate Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Physical exam completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years MMR immunizations within the past 10 years Valid driver's license strongly preferred Reliable transportation strongly preferred BRING A FRIEND.
