Laundry Attendant

Description Help us keep Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure beautiful for our members and guests. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in a job well done. If you’re ready to be part of a supportive team in a beautiful mountain and lake setting, we’d love to meet you! This full-time position is scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Qualified candidates must be available to work 8:30am-5pm on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Sort laundry and treat stained items as needed.

Inspect linens for cleanliness, stains, damage, and excessive wear. Operate laundry equipment and use cleaning products according to established procedures. Maintain clean, organized laundry and linen storage areas. Monitor linen supplies and report shortages, damaged items, or equipment issues. Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of laundry chemicals.

Coordinates with the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor relating to work priorities and provides assistance when/where needed. Assists with other housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong teamwork and customer service focus. High energy, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
