Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical tasks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
• Document design decisions, configurations, and development processes to maintain knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service. Now IT Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Service. Now modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IT operations management tools.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to Service. Now platform.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. Additional Information:
